I picked this one up from Amalgam Comics a few years ago, but because I am not much of a comic reader, I just managed to get to it at the end of this year. This comic is about Eli, a black teenager, who is raised by her adoptive white parents in Montana. Eli discovers that in her world, Black people have superpowers that have been hidden by the US Government. It was a quick read, and pleasant. I don’t read many comics so I don’t have much to compare to. But I did enjoy this book.
