I read a total of 7 books in January, which is probably an all time monthly high since I was in grade school!

I took on poetry, young adult, classics; I read my first Morrison. I read the Chimamanda Ngozi Adiche book that I’d avoided because the cover didn’t match her other book covers. I read a scientific biography, had some fun with Daisy Jones, and took on some devastating and beautiful truths.

Purple Hibiscus which was absolutely superb! I highly highly highly recommend it to everyone!
